Crossplane Capital Acquires TransAxle LLC

Dallas-based private equity firm Crossplane Capital has acquired TransAxle LLC, a Cinnaminson, New Jersey-based national remanufacturer and distributor of heavy-duty truck drivetrain components. Crossplane said it will work with TransAxle's management to expand the company's national market presence, product offering and continue investing in its remanufacturing and distribution capabilities.

TerraVest Industries Acquires EnTrans International

TerraVest Industries Inc. has acquired EnTrans International, a North American manufacturer of tank trailers and specialty transportation equipment, for US$546 million plus up to US$46 million in contingent earn-out. The acquisition adds manufacturing capacity and complementary product lines (Heil, Polar, Kalyn Siebert, Jarco) across the United States, Mexico and Thailand and is intended to expand TerraVest's capabilities, cross-selling opportunities and geographic diversification.

Tekni-Plex Acquires M-Industries, LLC

The acquisition strengthens Plaskolite's coatings and polycarbonate capabilities and expands its offerings into specialty-crafted optical thermoplastic solutions for aerospace, medical, life-safety and marine markets.

Fenix Parts Completes Acquisition of New England Auto & Truck Recyclers

Fenix Parent LLC (operating as Fenix Parts) has completed the acquisition of the assets of New England Auto & Truck Recyclers (NEATR) in Winchendon, Massachusetts. The deal is Fenix Parts' fourth acquisition since its 2018 purchase by affiliates of Stellex Capital Management and expands Fenix's Northeast supply chain and distribution footprint.
