Tekni-Plex Acquires Assets and Technologies of Fibro Corporation

Tekni-Plex has acquired the assets and licensed technologies of Fibro Corporation, a Tacoma, Washington-based molded-fiber packaging developer, and folded the resources into its Dolco Packaging business. The acquisition expands Tekni-Plex's pulp-based and sustainable packaging capabilities for fresh food applications, enabling broader product offerings beyond egg cartons and meat trays.

Techniplas Acquires Molded Products Division of Lyle Industries

Techniplas, LLC has acquired the Molded Products Division of Lyle Industries, Inc., a Tier 1 supplier of cargo systems, carpeted trim and molded floors for luxury SUVs and electric passenger cars. The divestiture gives Techniplas new strategic manufacturing locations in the U.S. Southeast and complementary molding process capabilities while Lyle Industries will continue to supply premium carpet to the business.

TekniPlex Acquires Keyes Packaging Group

TekniPlex has acquired Keyes Packaging Group from Arbor Investments to strengthen its food & beverage packaging capabilities, adding molded fiber trays and specialty protective wraps to its product portfolio. Keyes Packaging Group — comprising Keyes Fibre (Wenatchee, WA) and Wrap Pack (Yakima, WA) — will operate within TekniPlex's Consumer Products division to expand sustainable packaging solutions for produce and other food customers.

TRANSTEX Acquires US Liner Company

The acquisition expands TRANSTEX's North American manufacturing capacity and secures a supply of lightweight, corrosion-resistant composite materials for transportation, RV and agricultural applications.
