Tekni-Plex has acquired Michigan-based M-Industries, LLC, a specialist in container vented lining technology. M-Industries will operate as part of Tekni-Plex's Tri-Seal division, expanding Tekni-Plex's venting and technical packaging capabilities for e-commerce, home delivery and other demanding packaging applications.
