Hub Plastics has acquired Midwest Container and Industrial Supply Company, a St. Louis–area manufacturer of rigid plastic bottles, as owner Kent Meentemeyer transitions to retirement. Terms were not disclosed; Midwest Container will be rebranded as Hub Plastics - Midwest, and Sikich Investment Banking served as exclusive sell-side adviser.

Pipeline Packaging Acquires HAZMATPAC, Inc.

Pipeline Packaging, the largest U.S. distributor of rigid industrial containers, has acquired HAZMATPAC, Inc., a Houston-based manufacturer and distributor of certified hazmat packaging. HAZMATPAC will operate as a wholly owned independent subsidiary with two warehouses (Houston, TX and Philadelphia, PA), providing Pipeline a product line extension into specialized hazardous-materials packaging focused on compliance, safety and quality.

Quantix (Wind Point Partners) Acquires Mid-States Packaging

Quantix, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, has acquired Mid-States Packaging, a full‑service dry bulk transportation, warehousing and export services company with eleven locations across Texas, the Northeast and the Mid‑Atlantic. The add‑on bolsters Quantix’s geographic footprint and strengthens its warehousing and trucking transportation operations serving chemical producers and distributors.

Mauser Packaging Solutions Acquires Consolidated Container Company, LLC

Mauser Packaging Solutions, an affiliate of Stone Canyon Industries LLC, has acquired substantially all assets of Consolidated Container Company, LLC, a manufacturer, reconditioner and distributor of industrial containers with facilities in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Kansas City, Kansas. The transaction, funded with $56 million in cash from Mauser's balance sheet, expands Mauser’s reconditioning and recycling capabilities and geographic footprint and is expected to be margin accretive before synergies.

Ilion Capital Partners Acquires Mid States Supply from Staple Street Capital

The transaction represents an exit for Staple Street and gives Ilion a platform to support further growth and capability expansion in valve modification and industrial distribution services.

Argand Partners Acquires Midwest Can Company and Container Specialties, Inc.

Argand Partners has acquired Midwest Can Company and Container Specialties, Inc., a Franklin Park, Illinois-based manufacturer of portable fuel containers and custom blow-molded plastic containers. Argand plans to partner with management to accelerate new product development and expand geographic penetration; the transaction was supported by a loan facility from Benefit Street Partners and represents a purchase from GenNx360 Capital Partners.
