Methuen-based kSARIA Corporation, a Behrman Capital portfolio company, has acquired Co-Operative Industries Aerospace & Defense (CIA&D), an AS9100-registered manufacturer of wiring harnesses and interconnect products headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. The deal is intended to broaden kSARIA's connectivity product offering and create cross-selling opportunities by combining kSARIA's fiber-optic strengths with CIA&D's electrical interconnect and MRO capabilities.
