kSARIA Corporation, a portfolio company of Behrman Capital, has acquired TopFlite Components, a Miami-based manufacturer of mission-critical electrical interconnect solutions. Greenwich Capital Group acted as exclusive advisor to TopFlite; the acquisition expands kSARIA's interconnect product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities for aerospace, defense and other harsh-environment end markets.
