Pritzker Private Capital announced a growth investment in NAI Group, a Troy, Michigan–headquartered manufacturer of high-performance connectivity and interconnect solutions. PPC and unnamed co-investors invested alongside NAI management and existing family investors to support the company's long-term growth, geographic and end-market expansion (5G, IoT, medical) and strategic acquisition plans; Jon Jensen and existing management will continue to lead the business.

kSARIA Acquires Charles E. Gillman Company

kSARIA Corporation, a portfolio company of Behrman Capital, has acquired Charles E. Gillman Company, an ISO9100-registered manufacturer of high-reliability electrical cables and wire harnesses headquartered in Rio Rico, Arizona (with operations in Nogales, Mexico). The add-on expands kSARIA's mission-critical connectivity product portfolio and manufacturing footprint in Mexico to better serve military, medical, and transportation OEM customers; financial terms were not disclosed.

North American Kitchen Solutions (NAKS) & Weinberg Capital Group Acquire Lane Mechanical Inc.

Weinberg Capital Group and North American Kitchen Solutions (NAKS) have acquired Lane Mechanical Inc., a Dallas, Georgia-based commercial kitchen sheet metal fabricator. The acquisition adds a second manufacturing plant to NAKS, providing increased production capacity, faster regional delivery and expanded custom-fabrication capabilities for the company's HoodMart/ventilation systems business.

American Industrial Acquisition Corporation Acquires KI USA Corporation

The deal includes KI USA’s Berea, Kentucky manufacturing facility and its subsidiary in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico; AIAC intends to maintain technical support from Keiaisha during transition and pursue additional long‑term automotive contracts.
