NAI Group Acquires KSM Electronics

NAI Group, a Troy, Michigan-based interconnect solutions manufacturer backed by Pritzker Private Capital, has acquired KSM Electronics, a Fort Lauderdale-based custom cable, wire harness and electromechanical assembler.
