Monomoy Capital Partners has acquired Kauffman Engineering, a manufacturer of custom industrial wire harnesses, cable assemblies and related products headquartered in Lebanon, Indiana. The acquisition gives Monomoy a platform to partner with Kauffman’s veteran management team and support continued organic growth and add-on M&A across HVAC, commercial equipment, specialty vehicle and other industrial end markets.
