Broadtree Partners Acquires Contract Sweeping Services and Statewide Construction Sweeping

Broadtree Partners has acquired Contract Sweeping Services, LLC and Statewide Construction Sweeping, LLC and combined them under a new holding company, West Sweeping Services Holdings, LLC, to build a regional power-sweeping platform. The deal was financed with senior debt from Bank Prov and subordinated debt and equity from True West Capital Partners; Manvendra Saxena (Broadtree) will serve as President & CEO while founders Joe and Gina Vella remain equity holders and operational advisors.

Warren Equity Partners Acquires Code Red Safety from Hastings Equity Partners

BrightView Acquires Commercial Tree Care, Inc.

C&S Chemicals Acquires Southwest Engineers

SavATree Acquires West Michigan Tree Services
