Cartegraph, a provider of enterprise asset and work management SaaS for infrastructure owners, has acquired SEMS Technologies, a specialist in water and wastewater utility operations and regulatory compliance software. The acquisition brings SEMS’s asset management, mobile work orders and compliance capabilities into Cartegraph’s platform to create a more comprehensive solution for water and wastewater utilities and public works agencies.

SEMIKRON and Danfoss Silicon Power Form Semikron Danfoss

SEMIKRON and Danfoss Silicon Power have merged to form Semikron Danfoss, a majority-owned business by the Danfoss Group alongside the owner-families of SEMIKRON. Hexatronic Group AB Acquires Fibron BX Limited from Rubicon Partners

Hexatronic Group AB has acquired Fibron BX Limited, a UK-based manufacturer of harsh-environment electro-optical and subsea umbilical cables, from private equity owner Rubicon Partners. Fibron, headquartered in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire with about 114 employees and a 7,200 sqm production facility, will continue to be led by its existing management team.

ACR Group Acquires TRX Systems

TRX will retain its management, products, brand and location; financial terms were not disclosed.
