SEMIKRON and Danfoss Silicon Power have merged to form Semikron Danfoss, a majority-owned business by the Danfoss Group alongside the owner-families of SEMIKRON. The combined company, with more than 3,500 power-electronics specialists and main locations in Nuremberg and Flensburg, will focus on scaling technology, innovation, and capacity for automotive, industrial, and renewable energy markets.
