PHINIA Inc. (NYSE: PHIN) has completed the acquisition of Swedish Electromagnet Invest AB (publ) ("SEM"), a century-old provider of ignition systems, injector stators and sensors for commercial vehicle, industrial and handheld equipment markets. The deal expands PHINIA's capabilities in alternative fuel ignition technologies (natural gas, hydrogen) and strengthens its engine-management and electrics portfolio for global commercial and industrial customers.
