Sensata Technologies Acquires Dynapower from Pfingsten Partners

Sensata Technologies agreed to acquire Dynapower Company, LLC from private equity firm Pfingsten Partners for $580 million in cash. The acquisition adds Dynapower's energy storage and power conversion manufacturing capabilities to Sensata's Electrification / Clean Energy solutions, supporting Sensata's goal to grow its electrification revenue.
