Sensata Technologies Acquires Sendyne Corp

Sensata Technologies (NYSE: ST) has acquired Sendyne Corp, a New York–based developer of current/voltage sensing ICs, isolation monitors and physics-based battery modeling for electric vehicles, charging stations and stationary storage. The deal expands Sensata’s electrification component portfolio and capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed and Sendyne’s engineering team will join Sensata.
