MTE operates more than 3.5 million sq. ft. of warehouse space across Edmonton and Calgary and serves 150+ clients across food & beverage, building materials, healthcare and industrial end markets; Hillcore said the deal is part of a plan to build a national logistics platform and expand MTE's footprint by ~1.5 million sq. ft.
