Eddyfi/NDT has acquired Calgary-based Dynamic Risk Assessment Systems Inc., a provider of integrity risk management services and pipeline systems modeling software for the energy sector. Dynamic Risk (115 employees) will remain a separate entity and become Eddyfi/NDT’s fourth platform and business unit; the deal was partly financed by a bank syndicate led by National Bank of Canada with support from Investissement Québec.

RDI Technologies Acquires Fastec Imaging

The acquisition adds high-speed imaging technology, talent, and IP to RDI's product roadmap and expands its addressable markets in manufacturing, condition monitoring, science & engineering, and mining.
