Spectris plc Acquires Micromeritics Instrument Corporation from SFW Capital Partners

Spectris plc Acquires MicroStrain Sensing Systems Business

Rubicon Partners Industries, which acquired XL‑PT in 2008, was the seller; the deal expands Spectra's development and precision‑manufacturing capabilities to better serve medical device OEMs.
