ERA Industries Acquires i3DMFG

Chicago-based ERA Industries has acquired i3DMFG, a Redmond, Oregon-based metal 3D printing (DMLS) service provider. The deal is an add-on to ERA’s PE-backed platform (supported by L Squared Capital Partners) to expand the platform’s metal additive manufacturing and production parts capabilities for aerospace, defense and medical end markets.
