Frontenac Acquires EFC International

Financial terms were not disclosed; CEO Matt Dudenhoeffer and the executive team will remain in place as Frontenac supports EFC's organic and inorganic expansion plans following a sale by prior sponsor Quad-C Management.

UFP Industries Acquires Endurable Building Products

UFP Industries, through a subsidiary of UFP Construction, has acquired the assets of Endurable Building Products, a Minnesota-based manufacturer of customized structural aluminum systems for decks, balconies and railings. The acquisition adds Endurable's alumiLAST® product line and experienced leadership to UFP's construction segment and expands UFP's offerings in the multifamily construction market; Endurable reported approximately $15 million in sales in 2020 and its leadership will remain with the business.

PAI Partners Agrees to Acquire Majority Stake in ECF Group

ECF is an omnichannel B2B distributor of equipment, consumables and hygiene products for hospitality and care professionals, headquartered in Grigny, France (~1,750 employees, ~€760m revenue); PAI intends to accelerate growth organically and via acquisitions to consolidate the fragmented market.
