The deal strengthens profine's international construction-market footprint while EFP's former owner Bram Hannessen will remain as General Manager.

UFP Industries, through a subsidiary of UFP Construction, has acquired the assets of Endurable Building Products, a Minnesota-based manufacturer of customized structural aluminum systems for decks, balconies and railings. The acquisition adds Endurable's alumiLAST® product line and experienced leadership to UFP's construction segment and expands UFP's offerings in the multifamily construction market; Endurable reported approximately $15 million in sales in 2020 and its leadership will remain with the business.
