Sourcepoint Acquires RedBud

Sourcepoint, the consent management and privacy compliance platform, has acquired UK-based RedBud, including its DIAGNOSE scanning and analytics technology and the RedBud team. The deal integrates RedBud’s vendor-scanning and privacy diagnostics into Sourcepoint’s consent platform to provide publishers and brands deeper visibility into privacy vulnerabilities and adtech performance.

Summa Equity Acquires Majority Stake in Logpoint

Hadrian Acquires Datum Source
