Bailey International, backed by EBSCO Capital, has acquired Industrial Electronic Controls (IEC) to expand its electronics product portfolio and engineering capabilities in electronic throttles, displays, and sensors. The deal strengthens Bailey’s ability to serve OEM customers across agriculture, construction, forestry and transportation with more integrated mobile and industrial electronic control solutions.

Summit Interconnect (HCI Equity-backed) Acquires ITL Circuits

Patriot Capital provided subordinated debt alongside HCI to support the transaction; financial terms were not disclosed.

Diploma PLC has acquired Distribuidora Internacional Carmen SAU (DICSA), a European aftermarket fluid power distributor, for an initial consideration of £170 million with up to a further £19 million earn-out. The deal expands Diploma's fluid power footprint across the US, UK and mainland Europe and adds a business with strong organic revenue (reported €87.7m in 2022) to its specialist distribution portfolio.

(PTI), adding PTI's 20,000-square-foot Baltimore-area electronics manufacturing facility to expand Patton's Maryland production footprint and manufacturing capabilities.
