Diploma PLC Acquires Distribuidora Internacional Carmen (DICSA)

Diploma PLC has acquired Distribuidora Internacional Carmen SAU (DICSA), a European aftermarket fluid power distributor, for an initial consideration of £170 million with up to a further £19 million earn-out. The deal expands Diploma's fluid power footprint across the US, UK and mainland Europe and adds a business with strong organic revenue (reported €87.7m in 2022) to its specialist distribution portfolio.
