Columbia PSI, LLC (a business unit of Columbia Machine, Inc.) acquired Control Design & Manufacturing, Inc., a Denver-area designer and manufacturer of bag palletizing, bag handling and box forming/filling equipment. The transaction, which closed April 1, 2022, brings CD&M's palletizing and controls capabilities into Columbia PSI's bagging and packaging product line while retaining CD&M employees in the Denver operation.
