Amentum has completed its all-cash acquisition of PAE Incorporated for approximately $1.9 billion (including assumed debt and fees), combining the two government services contractors to create a more diversified provider with over $9 billion of combined revenue. The deal expands Amentum's capabilities in intelligence, cyber, synthetic training, sensor-based technologies, space operations, environmental solutions, and mission support, and brings PAE's ~20,000 employees into Amentum's organization.

ECP Acquires Metrus Energy

Energy investor ECP (Energy Capital Partners) has acquired Metrus Energy, a San Francisco–based Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) and building efficiency finance platform. The acquisition will keep Metrus' existing management in place and is intended to accelerate the company’s expansion into new markets and product offerings such as distributed solar, energy storage and EV charging.

KPA Acquires Multimedia Training Systems (MTS)

Lafayette-based KPA, a provider of EHS and workforce compliance software and services, has acquired Multimedia Training Systems (MTS), a Pittsburgh-based safety training company known for life-saving video programs and an LMS used across the manufacturing and steel industries. The purchase expands KPA's training and LMS capabilities and is an add-on to its PE-backed platform.

Morae Global Acquires Adaptive Solutions, Inc.

Criterion Systems Acquires Protas Solutions Inc.
