Atlassian Corporation has acquired Loom, the asynchronous video messaging platform, for approximately $975 million (about $880 million cash and the remainder in Atlassian equity awards). Loom will remain available as a standalone product while being integrated across Atlassian's suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.) to add async video capabilities and AI-driven video-to-workflow features.

symplr Acquires Halo Health

symplr, the Clearlake- and Charlesbank-backed enterprise healthcare operations SaaS platform, has completed its acquisition of Halo Health, a provider of clinical communications and collaboration SaaS. The deal (terms not disclosed) expands symplr's clinical communications, collaboration and on-call scheduling capabilities to strengthen its healthcare operations portfolio.

ChartHop Acquires Gather

Halo Labs Acquires Cannalift Delivery Inc.

Halo Labs Inc. agreed to acquire Cannalift Delivery Inc. in exchange for C$3.41 million of Halo common shares (31,000,000 shares at a deemed price of C$0.11 per share). The acquisition (expected to close on or before March 10, 2020) gives Halo a dispensary delivery application and web platform to enable home delivery and digital inventory integration, and was announced alongside a concurrent non‑brokered private placement of up to C$700,000.

Findhelp Acquires Kiip to Integrate Social Care Technology

Findhelp, a social care software company based in Austin, Texas, has acquired New York–based Kiip, a startup that provides tools to simplify benefits access and reduce administrative burdens for community-based organizations and people in need. The acquisition will integrate Kiip’s two-sided platform and document/benefits-access tools into Findhelp’s network to strengthen workflows, user experience, and the combined organization’s ability to connect people to social care services at scale.

Workleap Acquires Pingboard

Workleap, the Montreal-based employee experience software provider, has acquired Pingboard, a US-based HR tech SaaS company known for its Org Chart and Employee Directory product used by 2,000 customers. The deal expands Workleap’s product capabilities and U.S. team as the company continues to build a unified ecosystem of workplace tools following a recent $125M CAD investment from CDPQ.
