Atlassian Acquires Loom

Atlassian Corporation has acquired Loom, the asynchronous video messaging platform, for approximately $975 million (about $880 million cash and the remainder in Atlassian equity awards). Loom will remain available as a standalone product while being integrated across Atlassian's suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.) to add async video capabilities and AI-driven video-to-workflow features.
