Atlassian Acquires AgileCraft for $166M

Atlassian has acquired AgileCraft, an Austin-based enterprise agile planning SaaS, for approximately $166 million (about $154 million cash plus restricted shares). The acquisition brings AgileCraft's enterprise planning and strategy-to-execution capabilities into Atlassian's product portfolio to give executives better visibility across workstreams and accelerate enterprise adoption of agile practices.
