Hoonuit, a Boathouse Capital portfolio company, has acquired Mizuni and DecisionInsite as add-on acquisitions to expand its K-12 data management, analytics, enrollment forecasting and GIS capabilities. The deals strengthen Hoonuit's Texas presence and combine data integration, warehouse, and geo-spatial enrollment analysis to provide more comprehensive analytics and planning tools for school districts.
