Triumph Financial Acquires Greenscreens.ai

Triumph Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq: TFIN) agreed to acquire freight pricing and market-intelligence provider Greenscreens.ai in a deal valued at approximately $160 million, consisting of $140 million in cash and stock consideration (256,984 shares of TFIN common stock / ~$20M). The acquisition expands Triumph’s Intelligence segment by adding Greenscreens.ai’s machine‑learning pricing platform and positions Triumph to deliver enhanced, data-driven pricing and rate-discovery tools for brokers and shippers.
