Mission Critical Group Acquires Point Eight Power

Mission Critical Group (MCG) has acquired Point Eight Power, a Louisiana-based manufacturer of switchgear and power control building solutions with production facilities in Belle Chasse, Louisiana and Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. The deal expands MCG’s manufacturing and power-control capabilities to better serve mission-critical end markets (data centers, communications, industrial and healthcare) and appoints Carlis Gross as President of Point Eight Power.

JTS will operate as part of the MCG platform to expand product and service capabilities supporting mission-critical power and cooling needs across data centers and other industrial end markets.
