Metamorph Partners and ABS Capital Partners Acquire Fluxx

Fluxx, a San Francisco–based cloud grantmaking platform, has been acquired by a syndicate led by operator-led private equity firm Metamorph Partners with growth investor ABS Capital Partners; terms were not disclosed. The investors said they will support Fluxx's growth and expand its product offering under CEO Kristy Gannon as the company continues serving foundations, government organizations and higher-education customers.

Spectrum Reach Acquires ShowSeeker

The deal integrates ShowSeeker’s planning, proposal and order-management tools with Spectrum Reach’s Innovar automation suite to streamline media buying and ad operations across linear TV, streaming and CTV.

Apax Acquires CyberGrants from Waud Capital Partners
