The deal follows significant new investment into Together Group from Pricoa Private Capital (providing an exit for prior investor Bregal Sagemount) and expands Together Group's content production, experiential and influencer-marketing capabilities across its global network.

Straightaway Tire & Auto Acquires Six Local Auto Shops in Colorado and Minnesota

Straightaway Tire & Auto, a PE-backed aftermarket automotive repair platform, completed six add-on acquisitions in H1 2025—K Motion Auto Service, Antero Automotive, Stillwater Auto Clinic, Burnsville Auto Repair, Reliable Auto Care, and AutoPro Auto Service. The locations (based in Colorado and Minnesota) will be integrated into Straightaway’s EAS Tire & Auto and Victory Tire & Auto brands to densify the Minneapolis and Denver markets; terms were not disclosed.

FullSpeed Automotive Acquires Kwik Kar IP and 25 Kwik Kar Centers

FullSpeed Automotive acquired the intellectual property of Kwik Industries, Inc. (owner of the Kwik Kar brand) and purchased 25 Kwik Kar-related centers from local independent operators, expanding its company-operated Kwik Kar footprint in the Dallas area and elsewhere. The deal is an add-on to FullSpeed's platform as it pursues aggressive unit growth backed by MidOcean Partners.
