Giant (SPIA Cycling) Acquires Stages Cycling from Foundation Fitness

Giant Bicycles, through its SPIA Cycling subsidiary, acquired Stages Cycling from Foundation Fitness following Stages’ Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. The purchase includes Stages’ intellectual property, manufacturing facilities, product lines and limited inventory and is intended to strengthen Giant’s indoor and outdoor cycling offerings and expand into the commercial fitness market.
