Palladium Equity Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Source Logistics

Palladium Equity Partners has acquired a majority stake in Source Logistics, a City of Industry, California-based 3PL provider serving Hispanic food & beverage and consumer goods brands. Palladium will invest alongside the company's founders, who will remain in leadership, and plans to support growth through organic investment and add-on M&A while leveraging Source Logistics’ 12 facilities and more than 2.3 million square feet across four states.

ShipX Acquires Princeton Logistics Group and TriStar Carriers

ShipX has acquired Princeton Logistics Group and its subsidiary TriStar Carriers to expand beyond final-mile parcel delivery into first- and middle-mile trucking and broader e-commerce transportation services across North America. The deal brings trucking, middle-mile capacity and local sortation capabilities into ShipX’s tech-enabled delivery platform to offer end-to-end e-commerce shipping solutions.

Shopify Acquires 6 River Systems

Shopify Inc. has completed its acquisition of 6 River Systems, adding the company’s cloud-based fulfillment software and fleet of collaborative mobile robots to the Shopify Fulfillment Network. The 6 River Systems team of more than 130 employees will remain in Waltham, Massachusetts, and the company’s brand and operations will continue as Shopify expands its fulfillment capabilities.

eShipping Acquires Superior Transport & Logistics and Synapsum

Source Logistics Acquires LaGrou Distribution Warehousing Business

Source Logistics has acquired LaGrou Distribution's warehousing business in Northeast Illinois, adding eight Chicago-area facilities and over 2 million square feet of refrigerated and frozen storage to its platform. The deal expands Source Logistics' national network into the Midwest (bringing its footprint to 23 locations and 5+ million sq ft) and introduces cold-chain capabilities to its service offering; LaGrou's non-warehousing and transportation divisions remain with prior owners.

Flexport Acquires Shopify Logistics and Deliverr
