ShipCalm Acquires River Source Logistics

ShipCalm, an e-commerce operations platform and third-party logistics provider, has acquired River Source Logistics to expand its fulfillment capacity and third-party logistics capabilities. The deal more than doubles ShipCalm’s customer base, adds substantially larger warehouse capacity (including Los Angeles and Indiana footprints), and will enable cost savings and improved West Coast scale for ShipCalm’s customers.
