Acosta Acquires Premium Retail Services

Acosta has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Premium Retail Services, a provider of tech-enabled retail merchandising, in-store sales and training, and retail analytics. The acquisition expands Acosta's omnichannel capabilities and presence in consumer electronics and drug channels and adds more than 9,000 Premium employees to Acosta's workforce.

Acosta Acquires Impact Group from CI Capital Partners

Acosta signed a definitive agreement to acquire Impact Group, a national sales and marketing agency serving natural, specialty, ethnic and emerging consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. The sale by CI Capital Partners follows a period of buy-and-build growth during which Impact Group completed 12 add-on acquisitions; CI Capital will retain Impact's Cluep digital advertising business unit. The transaction was announced June 24, 2021 and expected to close in July 2021, pending customary approvals.

Acosta Acquires OeP to Expand Digital Commerce and Amazon Capabilities

The deal expands Acosta's digital commerce capabilities and provides clients with end-to-end services to bridge physical and digital retail channels.

Sun European Affiliate Acquires MegaGroup Trade Holding BV

An affiliate of Sun European Partners has acquired MegaGroup, a Veghel-headquartered omnichannel wholesaler of water technic solutions serving installers, professional end-users, resellers and OEMs across Northwestern Europe. Sun European said it will use its operational toolkit and buy-and-build experience to accelerate MegaGroup’s organic growth and pursue selective acquisitions across existing and new markets.

Accenture Acquires UK-based AI Consultancy Decho

Accenture has acquired Decho, a UK-based technology and AI consultancy and Palantir strategic alliance partner, to strengthen its Palantir and generative AI capabilities for health, government, defense and commercial clients. Decho's team of roughly 40 specialist engineers will be integrated into Accenture's Data & AI organization in the UK; terms were not disclosed.

Deel Acquires Atlantic Money
