Acosta signed a definitive agreement to acquire Impact Group, a national sales and marketing agency serving natural, specialty, ethnic and emerging consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. The sale by CI Capital Partners follows a period of buy-and-build growth during which Impact Group completed 12 add-on acquisitions; CI Capital will retain Impact's Cluep digital advertising business unit. The transaction was announced June 24, 2021 and expected to close in July 2021, pending customary approvals.
