Portland-based Northwest Pump has acquired D.R. Smith Co., Inc., doing business as Air Compressor Service (ACS) of Everett, Washington. The deal, which closed April 30, 2021, expands Northwest Pump’s industrial pumps and compressors services and local presence in the Puget Sound/western Washington market.
