DXP Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: DXPE) completed the acquisition of Cisco Air Systems, Inc., a distributor of air compressors and related products serving Northern California and Northern Nevada. Cisco reported approximately $43.2 million of sales and $7.0 million of adjusted EBITDA for the twelve months ended March 31, 2022; the acquisition was funded with cash and DXP common stock and is intended to add scale and capabilities to DXP's air compressor business.
