Heidelberg Materials North America Acquires Highway Materials, Victory Rock and Aaron Materials

Heidelberg Materials North America has agreed to acquire Highway Materials (Greater Philadelphia) and Victory Rock and Aaron Materials (both Texas), expanding its aggregates, asphalt and recycling operations across Pennsylvania and Texas. The transactions, which together with a prior acquisition total approximately $380 million in purchase price and expected post-synergy EBITDA of roughly $50 million, strengthen Heidelberg's regional footprint and circular construction capabilities.
