Heidelberg Materials (North America) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire The SEFA Group, Inc., the largest recycler of harvested fly ash sold for use in concrete products in the United States. Based in Lexington, South Carolina, The SEFA Group operates 20 locations with five business units and more than 500 employees, and the acquisition strengthens Heidelberg's cementitious footprint and sustainable product offerings in the Southeastern U.S.
