Unica, a Triton Fund IV company, has acquired Boele Fire Protection, a Dutch specialist in water supply and sprinkler pump sets, strengthening Unica's Unica Fire Safety capabilities. Boele, a family business based in Ede with more than 25 employees, will expand Unica's fire protection product and service offering; the purchase price was not disclosed.

Unica Acquires Pranger-Rosier Group

Unica, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, has signed an agreement to acquire the Frisian Pranger-Rosier Group, the largest independent installation company in the Northern Netherlands. The deal expands Unica's regional presence in Friesland and the Northern Netherlands, adding approximately €55 million in revenue and ~250 employees to Unica's Building Services cluster.

Generational Group advised Unico Supply on the partnership; BizGro will operate Unico as part of its portfolio of small- to mid-sized B2B companies, expanding its presence in building products and wholesale distribution.
