Funds advised by Triton have completed the acquisition of Dantaxi 4x48, the largest nationwide taxi aggregator in Denmark with more than 1,600 taxis and substantial revenues. Terms were not disclosed; Triton said the investment aligns with its focus on building and developing medium-sized European businesses in industrial and services sectors.

Triton Acquires Majority Stake in Esperi Care

CareMetx Acquires Human Care Systems

Triton Acquires MacGregor from Hiab (formerly Cargotec)

MacGregor is a global leader in maritime and offshore cargo and load handling, with ~EUR 800m of 2024 sales and about 2,000 employees; Triton said the deal aligns with its strategy to invest in industrial technology leaders with strong engineering and aftermarket potential.

Carenet Health Acquires Balto Health Services

Axcel Acquires Carousel Logistics from Livingbridge to Combine with DANX A/S

Danish private equity firm Axcel has agreed to acquire UK-based Carousel Logistics from Livingbridge and will combine Carousel with Danish logistics operator DANX A/S to create a pan‑European time‑critical logistics platform. Carousel, headquartered in Sittingbourne, UK, operates the Gateway technology platform, serves over 200 blue‑chip OEM customers across multiple end markets and had c.213 employees at the time of the sale.
