Accel Entertainment Acquires Tom's Amusement Company, Inc.

Accel Entertainment, Inc. has agreed to acquire Tom's Amusement Company, Inc., a Georgia-based coin-operated amusement machine (COAM) master licensee, expanding Accel's operations into the Southeastern United States. The deal adds 11 Georgia COAM Class B locations (65 terminals) to Accel's portfolio and is expected to close pending regulatory approvals from the Georgia Lottery Corporation.

Surge Private Equity Invests in Coastal Amusements

Dallas-based Surge Private Equity closed a majority investment in Coastal Amusements, Inc., a Lakewood, New Jersey designer, manufacturer and importer of coin-operated ticket and prize redemption games. NorthCoast Mezzanine and Minnesota Bank & Trust provided financing for the transaction, with BakerHostetler and Moss Adams advising and CoView Capital acting as Coastal's advisor. Surge said the partnership will support product development, growth initiatives and continued management continuity (founders Sal and Lenny will remain with the company).

First Aviation Services Acquires Associated Aircraft Manufacturing & Sales (AAMSI)

First Aviation Services Inc. has acquired Associated Aircraft Manufacturing & Sales, Inc. (AAMSI), a Fort Lauderdale-based manufacturer and MRO provider for aircraft electronics, avionics, hydraulic and landing gear components. The deal, completed on November 22, 2022, expands First Aviation's manufacturing and repair capabilities — particularly its defense / DOD-approved repairs — and creates opportunities for vertical integration across its component repair and overhaul operations.

GENDA Inc. Acquires Player One Amusement Group
