Atomic Transport Acquires Modern Transport Solutions

The deal closed January 23, 2025 and expands Atomic's geographic footprint and service capabilities to better serve nationwide customers.

Staci Americas Acquires Moulton Logistics

Staci Americas has acquired Moulton Logistics, a Los Angeles–based fulfillment and customer service provider, adding four facilities (three in Los Angeles, one in South Brunswick, NJ) and ~500,000 square feet to its network. The deal expands Staci Americas' national fulfillment footprint to 15 facilities—enabling 1–2 day ground delivery to 95% of the U.S.—and brings Moulton's DRTV fulfillment expertise and large customer service contact center into Staci's service suite.

Movate Acquires Solomo

U.S. Multimodal Group (ARC network) Acquires TransONE

U.S. Multimodal Group, the parent company operating the ARC drayage network, has acquired 100% of the stock of TransONE, a Memphis-based intermodal drayage, container storage and equipment maintenance provider. ARC/US Multimodal partnered with ARC Industries and several unnamed minority investors to fold TransONE into its growing platform as the fourth drayage location in the network.

Marsh McLennan Agency Acquires SOLV Risk Solutions

Marsh McLennan Agency, a subsidiary of Marsh, has acquired SOLV Risk Solutions, LLC, an independent risk management advisory based in Austin, Texas. Frank Barbella and a team of four SOLV employees will join Marsh McLennan Agency and will work out of the Houston and Austin offices; terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The deal expands Marsh McLennan Agency's risk management advisory capabilities and client-serving capacity.
