U.S. Multimodal Group (ARC network) Acquires TransONE

U.S. Multimodal Group, the parent company operating the ARC drayage network, has acquired 100% of the stock of TransONE, a Memphis-based intermodal drayage, container storage and equipment maintenance provider. ARC/US Multimodal partnered with ARC Industries and several unnamed minority investors to fold TransONE into its growing platform as the fourth drayage location in the network.
