Vistar Media Acquires ADstruc from PJX Media

Vistar Media has acquired ADstruc, the traditional out-of-home (OOH) planning and buying software developed by PJX Media, to expand its end-to-end OOH technology suite. The ADstruc engineering team and account manager will join Vistar, and the tool — which has processed over $1B in OOH investments — will be made available to US agencies beginning June 1, 2024 with global expansion planned.
