Cattri (backed by PC Capital and Altum) Acquires Majority Stake in Lightbox OOH

Cattri, a Mexico City-based out-of-home (OOH) technology and media company, acquired a majority stake in Lightbox OOH Video Network (AdSpace Networks), a U.S. digital mall video advertising network. The deal was backed by Mexican private equity firm PC Capital with financing support from Altum Capital and provides Lightbox with growth capital to expand its national DOOH footprint and deploy Cattri's ad-tech in the U.S.

Boxlight Corporation (Nasdaq: BOXL) has completed the acquisition of FrontRow Calypso LLC, a Petaluma-based provider of classroom audio, campus communication and AV control solutions. The deal was financed in part by a $68.5 million credit facility from WhiteHawk Finance, which also refinanced existing debt and provided working capital; Boxlight expects FrontRow to contribute roughly $30 million in sales and $7 million in EBITDA for fiscal 2022.
