Pearl Media and Seaport Capital Acquire LURE Outdoor

Pearl Media, in partnership with Seaport Capital, has acquired LURE Outdoor, a New York City–based out-of-home (OOH) advertising company that owns over 120 street-level billboards, barricades and storefront displays across major U.S. cities. The deal expands Pearl Media's street-level OOH inventory and geographic reach in key urban markets including New York City, Brooklyn, Chicago and Los Angeles.
