gamigo AG, via its US-based subsidiary and parent Media and Games Invest (MGI), agreed to acquire substantially all assets of Verve Wireless Inc., a North American leader in programmatic mobile location-based display and video advertising. The deal includes Verve's technology, IP and team and is intended to expand gamigo/MGI's ad‑tech capabilities, strengthen user acquisition for mobile gaming and deepen the group's presence in the North American market; management expected low double‑digit million in additional net revenues and low single‑digit million in additional EBITDA for 2020.

Alliance Corporation Merges with GetWireless

Alliance Corporation announced a merger with GetWireless, LLC to expand its value‑added distribution footprint for wireless telecommunications and IoT connectivity solutions across the U.S. and Canada. Funds managed by Lee Equity Partners and Twin Point Capital have invested in Alliance; financial terms were not disclosed.

Boston Omaha Acquires InfoWest and Go Fiber to Expand Fiber Footprint in the West

Boston Omaha Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiary FIF St George, LLC, has completed the acquisition of the businesses operated by InfoWest, Inc. and Go Fiber LLC, two fiber and fixed wireless internet service providers based in St. George, Utah. The combined businesses serve over 20,000 customers across southern and central Utah, northern Arizona and Moapa Valley, Nevada; InfoWest and Go Fiber equityholders retain a 20% initial ownership stake in FIF St George as Boston Omaha commits additional capital to accelerate FTTH expansion.

Verizon Acquires Certain Assets of Bluegrass Cellular

Verizon Communications has signed an agreement to acquire certain assets of Bluegrass Cellular, a rural wireless operator serving central Kentucky with roughly 210,000 customers across 34 counties. The transaction—subject to FCC approval—is intended to expand Verizon's footprint in Kentucky and will transition Bluegrass customers and employees to Verizon; closing was expected late 2020 or early 2021.

Wireless Logic Acquires Arqia

Wireless Logic, a UK-based global IoT connectivity provider, has acquired Arqia, Brazil's largest independent authorised MVNO and former unit of the Datora Group. The deal extends Wireless Logic's reach across Brazil and Latin America, adding Arqia's commercial MVNO capabilities, more than three million managed connections and a team of over 200 employees to support enterprise IoT deployments in the region.

iQmetrix Acquires Viva Tracker
