Nomi Health Acquires Everyone Health and Sano Surgery

Nomi Health acquired sister companies Everyone Health and Sano Surgery in a $26.5 million transaction to expand its national provider network, direct contracting capabilities, and care access for buyers such as self-funded employers and TPAs. The deal brings roughly 12 full-time employees (including founder Dutch Rojas) and adds thousands of provider and facility relationships to Nomi Health's nationwide direct-care ecosystem.
